Consultation
Our first step, in our new relationship.

Mr. Angly provides an initial in-office consultation free of charge to all clients facing a criminal investigation or criminal charge.

This meeting includes an explanation of the charges, a case analysis with a realistic assessment of a client's chances, a review of their options and potential defences, and advice on the next step to defend the charges.

Clients will not be charged for the first consultation, even if they choose another lawyer.
Investigation
Our path to the truth.

Mr. Angly does not neccessarily rely on the police to have done a thorough investigation to find the truth.

To aid clients with their cases, Mr. Angly has access to many additional resources, including private investigators and experts in disciplines such as psychiatry, forensics, and other other specialties, which he can call upon whenever required.

As the matter progresses, he will continue to assess the case to ensure that his clients are not paying for legal work they may not need.
Representation

Mr. Angly does not accept intimidation by police or prosecutors. His first responsibility is to provide the highest quality representation to his clients.

Often police will arrest someone and release them and that can be a process where Mr. Angly can also be involved to prevent charges being laid and/or to deal with preliminaries such as plea bargaining or conditions of bail.

In advent of a trial, Mr. Angly can be relied upon to get the best result possible.
